From the house you can directly access a path in the woods that in a few minutes leads to the Rocca di Garda also known as Rocca Vecchia. It is a rocky spur that rises above the lake on the border between the municipalities of Bardolino and Garda. From the plateau above it dominates the whole lake. La Rocca is a site of archaeological interest. The oldest findings found date back to settlements of the Neolithic period. A few steps away is also the second top of the Rocca surrounded by tall cypress trees and surrounded by a wall. Here is the ancient hermitage San Giorgio dei Camaldolesi.
